During a residency on the border between Hungary and Slovakia I often heard people say “Jó világ van”, “Life is good”, even when life was hard sometimes.
Part 1: during a period of several weeks this text was spread anonymously through the cities of Sturovo (SK) and Esztergom (HU), connected by a bridge across the Danube.
Part 2: an installation was built in the local museum. 30.000 yellow post-it notes written with the same text, by one and the same person, cover all the walls and the ceiling of a museum room. Now and then a notepaper whirls down and remains on the floor with the other pieces of paper or gets stuck on the shoes of a visitor.
