Installation for Binaural/Nodar (Portugal) in collaboration with artist Mary Rothlisberger in a small farmers’ community/mountain village where half of the day we worked on the land with the farmers harvesting corn and the other half we worked on an installation in one of the corn sheds, inspired by the daily work and local customs. Maze (out of corn leaves) with 3 video’s in the center (old hands praying, our hands mimicking the movement made when harvesting corn, hands tying red thread around corn kernels), sound installation, performances, corn kernels, red thread, corn cobs.
